Sola hails from Lagos State.[4] He was trained as a dramaturge at Obafemi Awolowo University and Asylum of Ibadan where he obtained a-okay Master of Arts degree in drama.[5] He has featured and directed diverse Nigerian films.[6] He is the tendency of the Department of Theatre Guesswork, Lagos State University and the university's director of information.[7][8]
